I was referred to Juan by a friend of mine who knew him and it was my first time meeting with him. I honestly couldn't have felt better walking out of my first consultation the other day. Because it was my first visit to the clinic, Juan and I went through my questions and situation very thoroughly. In addition to helping me with my immediate need while there, I learned about other services the practice offers and the information was invaluable to me. What I really appreciated most was that Juan was able to relate to me on a personal and human level. I could see from his demeanor that he was empathetic to my concerns and understood what was going on, what needed to be done and offered a personalized solution custom fitted to my needs...I had a lot of questions for Juan and the meeting truthfully ran two hours. I felt it was going too long and I was becoming a burden to his schedule, but despite the time we took he never once rushed me or tried to move on to the next patient. He really took the time to hear me out and when I left the meeting, I not only addressed what I came in for, but I am going back to him for another service I need. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting his wife/business partner, but if she is half as knowledgeable as him you, will be in good hands with either of them.
